Arts Administration Intern:

Odyssey hires an Arts Administration Intern annually on a 10-month contract from October to August. Working closely with the General Manager and the Artistic Director, the Intern receives training, mentorship, and practical experience in project management, budgeting, grant and proposal writing, fundraising, marketing, box office, volunteer management, information management, social media, and events planning. The Arts Administration Intern also serves as Front of House Manager for the summer season.

In accordance with the grant that makes this position possible, candidates must be under 30 years of age, be a recent graduate, register with Young Canada Works and be approved by CHRC prior to hiring. To be considered for the Arts Administrative Intern position, submit a C.V., a minimum of three professional references, and a covering letter to General Manager John Forster, confirming your eligibility within the above requirements.

Summer positions:

A number of administrative positions are available each season to both students and professionals, including marketing, graphic design, box office, front of house, and office assistants.
