Admin Positions


Every season, Odyssey Theatre invites a recent college or university graduate in the arts administration field to develop their skills and knowledge through a 10 month internship. This program exposes interns to all aspects of theatre administration, including, but not limited to:


  • Fundraising and outreach
  • Grant writing
  • Marketing, social media management, and web development
  • Box office management
  • General administration

This position offers new entrants into the field of arts management many exciting opportunities to improve their abilities and network within a diverse community that spans across Canada and beyond.


A number of administrative positions are available each season to both students and professionals, including marketing, graphic design, box office, front of house, and office assistants.

To be considered for a seasonal administrative position, submit a C.V., a minimum of three references, and a covering letter to General Manager John Forster, indicating your area of expertise.
